As an Executive Director of Zinhoe Group and Lash Group of companies which His father Dr Prosper Ladislas Agbesi is the Chairman; he is member of the team responsible for enhancing the performance of Zinhoe’s subsidiaries by ensuring shared services across companies; supporting capital raising initiatives; and putting in place, Group-wide management and administration policies and systems. He is also responsible for new business development and project management, working closely with the chairman and other members of the Executive Team to develop geographic and sectoral expansion plans for the Group.

Mahabhag is a top achiever and top performer both academically and in sport having obtained many accolades and awards at his school. During his high school attendance, Mahabhag was the recipient of “’the best scholar’’ award with top marks and was awarded as ‘’the fastest athlete and runner’’ at various sport competition both at school and within South Africa. On 01 December 2020, Mahabhag took part in the Athletics Central North West (ACNW) Open Track and Field Meeting and finished first in both the 100 meter and 200 meter sprints, which he completed in 11:14 and 22:89 seconds respectively. Mahabhag is a disciplined, committed, focused, religious and God-fearing person with strong life skills and leadership qualities. Mahabhag is currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in architecture at the Central University.
